New Construction Design and Décor
You have the land and you can begin to envision how you want your new home to feel. Translating that dream into reality is what I do for clients involved in new construction projects. Click on any photo to enlarge.
Retaining a designer before any plans have begun on exteriors and interiors assures the project runs smoothly. I’ve worked with clients to help interview architects and general contractors to make sure the final result meets the clients expectations.
There are hundreds of details and decisions, small and large that need to be made. Dozens of vendors
to choose from. Choices from electrical outlets and fixtures to architectural finishes, flooring, materials, textures, and colors that need to be coordinated for scale and style.
I work with clients to guide them in defining their style and can work with people with a variety of preferred looks and budgets.

Exterior Design Consultation
Brick color, exterior fireplaces, seating areas and outdoor furnishings. The opportunities to design a pleasing and comfortable exterior space are endless.
Interior Space Design and Decor
Retaining a designer before construction begins allows for a more successful outcome with greater interior options as the designer and architect are working together from the beginning.
Also included in this project were rooms, not pictured, such as pool bath and changing room, home office, guest bedrooms and baths. We were able to incorporate fixtures, furniture and family treasures through out to make this house feel like a home.
For me it’s all about making the client happy.

I can create an oasis that feels private but also contains design elements that makes the bedroom and bath areas feel like an extension of the rest of the home.
See my portfolio page for rooms I have designed at other residences.
